Each barrel has been aged for four years in a charred white oak barrel from Kentucky, resulting in real bourbon that Wyoming Whiskey’s owners say is creamier and butterier than the small batch. Bottles are distinguished by a brown label, rather than the standard white double-W, marked “single barrel batch” and customized by the barrel number that supplied the caramel contents.
